1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you (a) complete our qualification form, including your name, phone number, email address, and details about calls you have received; or (b) use the National DNC Registry Lookup tool on our website, where we collect the phone number you enter and the email address you provide for delivery of the verification result. We may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for analytics, abuse prevention, and security purposes.
2. DNC Registry Lookup Tool
When you submit a phone number and email address through the National DNC Registry Lookup tool, that information is used by LAC Holdings International LLC to (i) research your number’s status against publicly available National Do Not Call Registry records and verification sources, (ii) email you the verification result within 48 hours, and (iii) follow up with you about potential TCPA claims if your number is eligible. We do not share the phone number or email address you submit through this tool with marketers, data brokers, or any third party other than the licensed attorneys described in Section 4. We retain DNC lookup data for up to four (4) years — the federal TCPA statute of limitations — unless you request earlier deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time using the methods in Section 6.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to assess your eligibility for TCPA claims, connect you with licensed attorneys for case evaluation, communicate with you about your case, deliver DNC verification results, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only with the specific licensed attorneys we believe are best positioned to evaluate your claim. We do not bulk-distribute your information to a panel; you may request the identity of any attorney who reviews your case by contacting us using the methods in Section 6. These attorneys are independent contractors and are bound by their own professional and confidentiality obligations. We may also share information when required by law, including in response to lawful subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, pursue eligible claims, and comply with legal obligations — typically up to four (4) years from collection (the federal TCPA statute of limitations). You may request deletion of your data at any time using the methods in Section 6.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please use one of two designated methods: (1) email info@lacadvocacy.com; or (2) submit our contact form at lacadvocacy.com/contact. We will respond within 45 days, or such shorter timeframe as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — including TLS-encrypted transmission, access controls on stored personal data, and routine review of our handling practices — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; reasonable safeguards mean material effort, not perfection.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (session management, security), basic analytics (page-view counts, error tracking), and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or share with ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the methods in Section 6.
10. Not Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
LAC Holdings International LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Submitting information through this website, including the DNC Registry Lookup tool or qualification form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LAC or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a separate written agreement between you and a licensed attorney.
11. Contact Us
